Hold on tight kids, because you just might not be prepared for this! Forming from some of Ontario’s most talented metal bands, Better Lies Beneath, Liferuiner and the Oxford Street Montage, comes…POP PUNK!? That’s right! Victory, Sweet Victory!
Victory, Sweet Victory! is a group of friends dedicated to music above anything else in their lives are now taking a stage near you. As the passion seems to be dying in music scenes all across Canada there could not seem to be a better time for someone to set out and try to save it. Raw enough to get you banging your head with melodies so catchy you're going to wish you brought you dancing shoes. Formed in early 2008 under the original name Slow Motion Victory things did not get off the ground as soon as they would have liked. Problems with former members and lack of chemistry seemed to be the biggest issues and the band realized they needed a change. Adding vocalist Anthony Parry and reuniting guitarist Brad Caswell with long time friends and former band members PJ, Eric and Andrew. The first practice just clicked and each member felt an instant connection; not to mention Parry’s incredibly haunting voice!
